The Graduate Program in Psychology Sensu Stricto (PPGSS Psychology) at USF offers two types of funding for students. The scholarships cover the rate of master's or doctoral tuition fees to the university, not requiring any disbursement by the student. These monthly scholarships cover tuition fees, and pay a monthly stipend to master’s/doctoral students that are exclusively devoted to the research carried out in the program.
The availability of scholarships/grants varies by semester and student need. As recipients finalize their master’s/doctoral work, other students are contemplated. The distribution follows the placement order of approved and registered students, with the top finishers receiving monthly scholarships, and others receiving grants until the full distribution of available scholarships is reached.
